The Subaru Impreza STI (formerly STi WRX, which is officially changed in 2006 to sexually transmitted diseases)of the highest standard-edition trim in the Subaru Impreza compact car line of the Japanese manufacturer Subaru produces.
In the late 1980s, Subaru created the Subaru Tecnica International (STI) division to development for the FIA World Rally Championship and other motorsport activities coordinated. After the company had grown, the division has been used to make consumer versions of high performance Subaru Impreza WRX, a car with four-wheel-turbo boxer engine, making the development of the Impreza WRX STI. The Subaru World Rally Team has prepared a release for the racing the WRX STI rally as a platform for the creation of compensation model used.
